• Only in this browser, on this device. Your sheets, rates and settings are stored in your browser’s local storage.
• Never uploaded. Nothing is sent to a server, not even ours. We can’t see, recover or restore your data.
• Not shared across devices. Your phone, your laptop and a different browser each have their own separate copy. To use the same sheets on another device, use Menu → Move sheets to another device.
• It can be lost. Clearing browsing or site data, private/incognito windows, “clear on exit” settings, or uninstalling the browser can erase it.
• Ads are separate. On sumclartech.com, Kuwenta may show a small Google ad bar. Google does not receive your sheets or anything you type.
• The safe way: download a backup file regularly (Menu → Backup everything) and keep it somewhere you trust. Restore it on any device.

No account and no cloud sync. You make a small file here and carry it to the other device yourself.

1. Here: tap Save the file (or Share… to send it straight to a nearby device).
2. Get the file to the other device: Quick Share / Nearby Share (Android, Windows, Chromebook), AirDrop (iPhone and Mac), Bluetooth, a USB cable or a USB drive. Emailing or messaging it to yourself also works, but then that service carries the file.
3. On the other device: open Kuwenta, then Menu, then Restore from a backup file, and pick the file. The sheets are added next to the ones already there. Nothing is replaced.

The file contains your sheet data in plain text, so keep it private and delete it when you are done.
